HOW DO I RECEIVE THE E-PROGRAMS?

E-Programs are free handouts that are delivered to the email address provided during sign-up. Files will be PDF versions of the documents and can be accessed via a web browser on either a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY CUSTOM PROGRAM?

If you have selected Online Coaching and have submitted the process for payment, your individual documents will be shared via a Cloud-Based service in Google. For privacy and security reasons an active Gmail account is required.

CAN I DO THE WORKOUTS AT HOME?

The free E-Training Programs are designed to be performed in a gym. Only programs discussed by the Client and Trainer specific to at-home training can be performed at home.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE PROGRAMS?

All E-Training Programs are free of charge. Online Coaching prices vary based on package details and can be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.

WHEN DO I START MY TRAINING?

Program Design and review by both Client and Trainer can take as long as 5-7 days. Training can begin once the program is approved.

WHAT ARE WEEKLY CHECK-INS?

Weekly Check-ins allow scheduled time to communicate progress (including virtual face-to-face). Food, weight, and training logs will be submitted for review and discussed during this time.

ARE ONLINE COACHING PROGRAMS THE SAME?

No. Every program is different and is specific to the clients goal and level of experience.

I’VE DECIDED ONLINE COACHING IS NOT FOR ME, CAN I CANCEL MY PROGRAM?

Online Coaching can be cancelled at anytime but with no refunds. Please read our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
