You don’t always have to know where you are headed. The point is to just start moving. I started lifting weights to better my health. After fifteen years, two major surgeries, and plenty of trial and error I’ve adapted to the idea that exercise is my outlet to free and clear my mind. To propel me moving forward and chase my dream with purpose. To help others develop this skill to live a long, healthy, and fit life.
I started RYBT Fitness because I needed guidance for myself. To listen to my body and be disciplined in my actions. To discover what I was truly meant to do. Training has driven me to push aside those negative forces and pursue my passion for connecting with others. To help them see in themselves what I see. The desire to be your best possible self. Run Your Body True. It’s a simple concept but a strong ideology that anyone, no matter where you are in life, can be applied to achieve the results you deserve.
Bob Rybczyk is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. With over fifteen years of exercise experience, Bob takes a direct approach to Body Composition using a variety of foundational lifting habits and a primary focus on balanced nutrition. His passion to educate others in fitness drives him to continue to learn and build on his skill set every single day. Bob also loves his pup Nala and you’ll probably see her always by his side!
